Directions: For painful areas of the body, you should use the cream 3 times in a day to get the best results.
Step 1 - Please make sure that your skin is clean and free of any substances.
Step 2 - Apply to the painful area and massage into the skin well. (Friction drives the cream through your skin.)
Step 3 - Wash your hands after each application with soap and water (unless applying to your hands). Wipe the excess off with a damp cloth.
